It's not snowflake! Club 20 rushing to Elliot to dominate Dolphins

With one more sleep until Charlie gets handed out, we’re looking to some solid plays in the overseas markets tonight to build those Brownlow banks up for what promises to be a massive afternoon and evening at Club 20.

NFL: Rams @ Browns – Rams -3.5 @ 1.97

Last week the NY Jets lowly pass rush accrued 4 sacks against Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns. The Jets are very, very average. The La Rams have one of the best defensive lines in the NFL and even if the Browns double tag Aaron Donald, who is going to block Dante Fowler? Believe the Rams can get this done easily, they are way too good in all positions on the field. The big toss up is whether to take the H2H price or risk a bit more juice for the -3.5 line and being three beers down at this stage on Sunday arvo, it’s not that much of a toss-up! Rams line it is!

NFL: Dolphins @ Cowboys – Ezekiel Elliot Rushing Yards Overs (89.5) @ 1.88

Dallas should win this by 30 points and should lead heavily early on, allowing a focus on the running game. Zeke should have 20+ carries against the worst team in the NFL.

NFL: Redskins @ Bears – Redkins +4 @ 1.94

Not until Tuesday but we’re taking the value here before markets adjust. Washington are top 5 in offensive DVOA this season. (Who saw that coming?) Defensively, the Bears are really, really good, but their offense - with QB Trubisky - is awful. Close game on the cards here, take the points at home. Washington +4.

EPL: Chelsea vs Liverpool - Match Tackles over 35.5 @1.90

Chelsea average 21.6 tackles per match this season –the second highest in the league and third highest in all of Europe! Liverpool also love to crunch into some tackles, their last two matches against strong opposition - Arsenal and Napoli - saw them have 25 and 24 tackles respectively.

Whilst the individual tackle lines of 18.5 and 16.5 both appeal, we saw last week that an early goal could result in an unpredictable game script, so it's better to take the overall tackle overs rather than the team total.

Hedge

Cruelly denied sporting glory due to recurring shin splint complaints and an aversion to warm-up laps, Hedge now spends his days golfing, fishing the leaves out of the Club 20 pools and identifying value plays in PGA, AFL, AFLW and T20. All you really need to know about him is he's more than comfortable taking 3I off the tee on a Par 5, and more than capable of pulling driver off the deck second shot.
