Monday Morning Raw: A good weekend that could have been great

Whether you were unspeakably hard done by at the weekend or just want to have a break from your bull dancing to tell everyone how good you went, you are now amongst friends, in a safe place.

We are in the trust tree here people, in the nest!

It was a solid weekend for Club 20 punters, without being amazing, with young Nick Larkey saluting with 2 and 3 goals @ 6.50 and @24.

Thankfully, the kid came through for us because apart from a 25+ disposals from Liam Shiels, it was slim pickings across the weekend.

I had a nice little four-legger come through thanks to Brad Crouch hitting his 30th disposal with the dodgiest of handballs as the last disposal of the game.

But enough of me, how did you go?

Did you expect better things from Zorko, Ziebell, Dumont, Yeo or from big Matty Taberner?

Or were you on the Jeager Bomb for 40+, Brandan Matera for 5 goals, Shiels or the kid Nick Larkey for 3 goals?

Did you back the Parramatta Eels for safety or take (and nail) Newcastle Knights at odds? Were you on the Cats to win 1-39, only to be so right that you were wrong?

It's Monday morning and it's raw. For good or bad, let's hear it!

Hedge

Cruelly denied sporting glory due to recurring shin splint complaints and an aversion to warm-up laps, Hedge now spends his days golfing, fishing the leaves out of the Club 20 pools and identifying value plays in PGA, AFL, AFLW and T20. All you really need to know about him is he's more than comfortable taking 3I off the tee on a Par 5, and more than capable of pulling driver off the deck second shot.
