Punters Corner: What could go wrong, did go wrong...

Whether you were unspeakably hard done by at the weekend or just want to have a break from your bull dancing to tell everyone how good you went, you are now amongst friends, in a safe place.
We are in the trust tree here people, in the nest...
Well, footy is stuffed!
Okay okay, I didn't mean that (I could never stay mad at you!) but seriously, talk about a good player out of luck!
Last week was all beer and skittles at Club 20 but the tone this Monday morning is a distinctly more sombre one after some bad beats across the weekend.
I can cop Daisy Thomas finishing on 24 touches or Reid and Stephensen having stinkers and I can even cop the completely un-forecast rain in Adelaide limiting Sloane to 2 first quarter touches.
But Hugh Greenwood kicking into the man on the mark, from 20M OUT(!!!) on Saturday night and Mitchell Lewis kicking 1.2 (the middle sticks Mitch, you big galoot!) at the G on Sunday were beyond the pale.
Needless to say, the lovely Mrs Hopkins received Best and Less PJ's instead of that trip to the Maldives this Mothers Day.
The Stats Insider model also had a suggested bet on North Melbourne to cover their line of +23.5 against the Geelong Cats and ofcourse, North managed to lose by 24 points.
My spirits were lifted somewhat late Sunday night when a fellow Club 20 patron shared his bad beat of the weekend...
I can just see Sports Nut going absolutely off his nut as Matera kicked behind after behind late Sunday. That's a rough one buddy!
But enough of me, we want to hear your stories. It's Monday morning and it's raw. For good or bad, let's hear it!
