Some may see Friday the 13th as a bad omen and stay away but pffft... portents schmortents - the only superstition Club 20 will be entertaining tonight will be Stevie Wonder at full volume after our bets come in.

Our 3-Ball multis fell short yesterday but with Neimann and Hughes both on track to make the weekend, our Thursday bets are still looking profitable albeit belatedly.

Think we can keep that momentum going with some really good spots here with the NRL/AFL finals tonight.

NRL: Roosters v Rabbitohs: Latrell Mitchell 12+ points $3.25

Latrell Mitchell absolutely bombed two tries last week and should have even more opportunities this week up against the fastest turnstile in the league James Roberts. Roosters score 50% of their tries on his side of the field and he only needs one try for that 12 points to look veeeery achievable.

AFL: Cats v Eagles: Shuey/Ablett Overs $3.60

When Nic Nat is in the team, you just take Shuey. The big ruckman finds him with frightening regularity and with Yeo likely to spend most of his time curtailing Dangerfield, I can see Shuey accounting for those 26.5 disposals with plenty of time to spare. The bigger question is Gaz at 20.5 disposals (never thought i'd say that!). I have watched nearly every game the little master has played and that ranks right up there with his worst career game. Fumbly, scared at times. It was very un-Ablett like and you can (and we have) bet it won’t happen two on the trot. No Duncan should flick some disposals Gaz’s way but really, he got 17 last week and fumbled his way out of another 6 touches Expecting a big bounce back.

AFL Cats v Eagles: Shuey Overs / Waterman Goal $3.80

On the off chance that Ablett doesn’t bounce back or is well-handled by Shepherd, Waterman makes for a great alternative or addition to tonight’s bets. Has slotted a major in 8 of his last games and with no Oscar Allen or Willie Rioli down there tonight, Waterman gets that much more opportunity. We're heavy on Shuey at the Over 26.5 but with Nic Nat in the team i think it's one of the plays of the day. 

AFL/NRL 3-Legger: Shuey/Ablett Overs / Mitchell Try $7.50

Attempting a little bit more cream in a 3-legger and combining our AFL disposal spots with a nice little $2 play on Latrell Mitchell to score a try at some stage during the game. With Keary back the Chooks will go left pretty much all game. We love Shuey at that 26.5, it’s just on Gaz to get his 21 touches (really never thought that would be a sweat!).
