Analysing the favorites for the Super Bowl

To conclude all the action from the 2024 NFL season, the championship game is set to take place in February at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. This will be the eighth super bowl to happen at the Superdome and the 11th to have taken place within New Orleans.

Kansas City Chiefs

Buffalo Bills

Another one of the top contenders in the competition is the mighty Buffalo Bills. Led by Josh Allen, the team did set off to a shaky start at the beginning of the season but have since regained their form and are now playing much more consistently. 

Their overtime win against the Miami Dolphins was one of the most notable games in the NFL this season. Their Wide receiver Stefon Diggs has been crucial to their strategy and has surpassed more than 1400 receiving yards so far this year. 

One risk however is their reliance on performing as this can create high-pressure situations. 

Other teams that are expected to be in with a good chance of taking home the trophy include the Baltimore Ravens and the Dallas Cowboys. The Texan team has been seen as a dark horse in the competition this time around, having had some really good games such as their standout winning performance against the Seattle Seahawks. They have fully embraced their reputation as being the competition’s underdogs.
